Frequently Asked Questions About Our Rewards Program

  • Where is America’s Thrift Stores Rewards Program available?
    • Our rewards program is available in all of our locations. Visit americasthrift.com/locations To find your nearest America’s Thrift Stores.

  • How do I accumulate points?
    • You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in our stores.

  • How can I use my points?
    • First, sign up online at americasthrift.com/rewards. You cannot redeem any rewards until you are fully registered.
    • Once registered, you can start collecting points by providing your phone number to the cashier each time you check out.
    • Once you’ve reached 250 points, you can let the cashier know that you would like to redeem your points! Remember, it’s $5 off for every 250 points you collect.

  • How do I edit my profile on my account?
    • Log into your account through the member portal at americasthrift.com/rewards. Click “profile.” You can manage your profile from there.

  • Do I get to choose when and how many points I get to redeem after I’ve accumulated enough?
    • Yes! After you reach 250 points, you can choose when and how many points to redeem on your purchases.

  • Why is my account gone?
    • An account left inactive for a period of (1) year (twelve consecutive months) will result in the closure of the account, the revocation of access and the cancellation of accumulated points. To maintain active status and program enrollment, the member must earn or use points at least once every twelve months or have participated in program activities. If Americas Thrift Stores is unable to contact the member because their profile unauthorize company communication, the account will automatically cancel accumulated points after the inactive period.
  • Why can’t I redeem my points?
  • Have you completed your profile? You can only redeem after you’ve completed your profile. You can always accumulate points with each purchase. Ensure you’re ready to redeem your rewards by completing your profile in the member portal at americasthrift.com/rewards.
  • Do you have enough points? You must reach 250 points to redeem. Remember it’s $5 for every 250 points.

  • I’m missing points from a recent transaction.  How can I get those points credited to my account?
    • Take a picture of your receipt and email it to rewards@americasthrift.com (please allow 5 business days from the date of your email for point adjustments to be reflected on your account).
    • Receipts made prior to account activation do not qualify
    • Receipts older than 30 days do not qualify

  • I want to transfer my points to a different account. How can I do that?
    • We can handle that! Just email us at rewards@americasthrift.com.
